Michael Cuddyer – 2018 VSHF Inductee

In November we would like to focus on progress being made in how the issue of mental health is approached in sports. This week we go back to our conversation with 2018 VSHF Inductee, Michael Cuddyer. Cuddyer discussed how he has seen a growing willingness amongst athletes to share their own personal struggles, which has allowed them to offer help and support to others.

This week we highlight the Mind & Body Fitness Coaching program with Alliance partner, The Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD). The program aims to boost overall sports performance and promote lifelong wellness.
