In October of 2020, the City of Virginia Beach unveiled its brand new state-of-the-art sports tournament facility, the Virginia Beach Sports Center. Located in the heart of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, the 285,000 sq/ft venue is a one-of-kind venue, and can accommodate large scale events and tournaments for indoor sports. Amenities include 12 basketball courts, 24 volleyball courts, and a 200-meter hydraulically banked track allowing Virginia Beach to host internationally renowned track and field events. The Virginia Sports Hall of Fame is proud to have an exhibit presence within this wonderful building and exhibit recognize champions from Virginia’s sporting history.
