Billy Wagner isn’t shy about his desire to eventually be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame. In fact, he often tells people that when he’s out on his tractor at his home in Virginia, he sometimes practices his Hall of Fame speech. The best closer in Astros history won’t get to use that mower-inspired speech this year, but he should keep practicing, because he deserves the honor of delivering it in Cooperstown one day.
