Billy Wagner is now officially a Hall of Famer, the third to go in as an Astro

COOPERSTOWN, N.Y. — Bill Wagner is now officially a Hall of Famer.

The longtime Astros closer was first to give his speech Sunday during the induction ceremony in Cooperstown.  He thanked his former teammates, the Astros organization, coaches and more.  He spoke directly to Jeff Bagwell and Craig Biggio, who joined him on stage as fellow Hall of Famers.
