NORFOLK, Va. – Four former standouts and an administrative trailblazer will be inducted into the Old Dominion Sports Hall of Fame as part of the class of 2022, ODU Director of Athletics Dr. Wood Selig announced on Thursday. Terry Bell (Baseball), David Horst (Men’s Soccer), TJ Jordan (Women’s Basketball), Craig Wilkins (Football) and Debbie White (Administration) will receive the honor the morning of the ODU Football game against Georgia Southern on Saturday, Oct. 22 to highlight Homecoming weekend.
Bell was a two-time first-team All-Sun Belt Conference selection in 1982-83 and a first-team All-American in 1983 when he hit .400 with seven home runs and 63 RBIs. He was taken in the first round of the MLB Draft by the Seattle Mariners and played in the Major Leagues for Kansas City and Atlanta.
