The Hampton Roads Sports Hall of Fame announced that Mark West, a former Old Dominion basketball star, is part of the 2021 induction class.
Joining West in the 2021 Hall of Fame class are baseball standout Melvin “B.J.” Upton, tennis player Julie Shiflet Davidson, lacrosse coach Tom Duquette and journalist David Teel, a former columnist for the Daily Press and The Virginian-Pilot.
