COOPERSTOWN, N.Y (CBS19 SPORTS)– It was announced Tuesday night on MLB Network that Miller School baseball coach, Billy Wagner, has been selected in this years class to the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

Wagner was short by just five votes last year, and this was his 10th and final year on the ballot. Ichiro Suzuki and CC Sabathia also join him in the 2025 class.

With his selection, Wagner is now the first former Division III player to make it to Cooperstown, and the ninth closer.
