Kelly James Precourt
Kelli James Precourt of Medford, New Jersey, was a field hockey sensation at Old Dominion University. Playing striker, James led the Monarchs to three NCAA national championships (1988-90-92). She was a two-time All-American, and was also given the coveted Honda-Broderick Award in 1992, which honors the Collegiate Woman Athlete of the Year. That year, James led the nation in scoring with 131 points and 59 assists. James went on to play for the US national field hockey squad, playing in the 1996 Olympics (fifth place finish), two World Cups, and three Pan-American Games.
